The chapel is located on the south side of Jericho Turnpike between Piquets
Lane and Woodbury Road.
Take the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (Route 135) to Exit #14E, marked NY 25
Woodbury (also called Jericho Tpke.) Proceed East for 1/2 mile to the chapel
on the right-hand side.
To reach the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (Route 135): Take the Long Island
Expressway to Exit 44 North OR take the Northern State Parkway to Exit 36B
North OR take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 28A North.
